30a Florida Golf Cart Rentals Important Information!

When driving on roads where low-speed vehicles are allowed, please pull over to the side if you see traffic starting to build up behind you, to allow cars to pass.

Low-speed vehicles are PROHIBITED from driving on any part of Highway 98, including the shoulder. They also may NOT drive on sidewalks, utility paths, and/or bike paths.

Any child who needs to use a 5-point harness child seat must use one in the LSV. However, a child who should be in a booster seat should not use one in the LSV, as booster seats are not compatible with lap belts only and are unsafe for use in an LSV. Instead, this child should sit directly on the LSV's seat and use the normal seatbelt.

Having any open alcoholic containers in the LSV is prohibited. You are required to follow all laws as if you were driving your own vehicle.

You are solely responsible for any citations and/or fines related to our rental golf cart/LSV during your rental period.

All golf cart rentals are DELIVERED FOR FREE along highway 30A and surrounding areas. This includes free delivery to the following beach towns along Highway 30A & Scenic Highway 98 in Santa Rosa Beach: 

• Blue Mountain Beach 

• Dune Allen Beach 

• Grayton Beach 

• Gulf Place 

• Inlet Beach 

• Miramar Beach 

• Seacrest Beach 

• Seagrove Beach 

• Seascape 

• Watersound 

Some communities have restrictions and do not allow rental golf carts. Please check with the property manager/owner of your rental home or condo to see if rental golf carts are allowed in the community.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RENT GOLF CARTS WITHIN THE HOA BOUNDARIES IN ALYS BEACH, MAINSAIL RESORT, MARAVILLA RESORT, PROMINENCE ON 30A, SANCTUARY BY THE SEA, SANDESTIN RESORT, SEASIDE, SUMMER’S EDGE, ROSEMARY BEACH, OR WATERCOLOR COMMUNITIES. PLEASE CONFIRM WITH THE OWNER OF YOUR RENTAL HOME BEFORE BOOKING YOUR STREET LEGAL GOLF CART. 

Customers must make sure that their rental location will allow a golf cart rental from our company. 

If you do not meet all of these requirements, you will not be able to rent the LSV and will be subject to cancellation fees.

• 21 years or older

• Valid driver’s license

• Major credit card

• Full comprehensive auto insurance in your name that provides coverage for third party vehicles.

  • The valid and collectible liability insurance and personal injury protection insurance of any authorized rental or leasing driver is the primary for the limits of liability and personal injury protection coverage required by ss. 324.021(7) and 627.736, Florida Statutes.

• Confirmation from your property manager of your vacation rental home or condo ensuring that you are able to have a rental golf cart (Low Speed Vehicle) from Beach & Bay Rentals

9 or less Days Prior to the Rental Start Date: No Refund
